COFFEE HOUSE

The café is open. It sits on the ground floor— doors open to the street, light coming in, the smell of something brewing. Above it, the building is riddled with bullet holes, and the one behind it too. Hosam stood at the corner and let all of it be in the same frame. The café did not close. Someone is still making coffee. That is not a small thing.
